Each candidate can submit his application online in order for the process to start. We are processing each candidate’s CV and contact them as soon as possible according the present operational needs per profile.
As long as someone meet the basic criteria, s/he be contacted for the next step. The full recruitment process lasts from 4 to 6 weeks.
For candidates who complete successfully the process, a preparation training follows.
Candidate departs for his/her first mission with MSF, in between 3 and 6 months, always according to MSF’s operational needs.
Country and context where someone will be occupied are defined by the matching of skills and availability of each candidate with the existing needs in human resources at the same time.
Please note that demand and priority of candidates’ absorption can change according to emergency needs that might arise in MSF’s projects.
