Human resources coordinator

The main responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator are the creation, revision and application of people’s management policies’ proper implementation. In addition, they are in charge of consulting on human resources management issues, creating and maintaining contacts with local actors and other NGO’s. human resources coordinators are also in charge of the supervision and training of national staff.
Προϋποθέσεις: 
  • Essential degree in Human resources or Business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources Management position.
  • Advanced English and French.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Acceptance of living and working conditions in the field.
  • Adaptability and teamwork
  • Flexibility and stress management.
Προσόντα: 
  • Experience in strategic planning, organising and policies regarding human resources.
